Slice Earns a Spot on Plug and Play’s Insurance Innovation Platform

In late August we were invited to pitch Slice for the Plug and Play Insurance Accelerator program. Of the 800 startups that applied, Slice was among the select group invited to the Insurance Batch 1 Selection Day to pitch their companies to a room full of insurance carriers and venture capital firms from around the world. From there, the field was narrowed down to 23 to be a part of the insurance platform, and we are proud to say we’re one of them!

What is the Insurance Innovation Platform, you ask? It is a community, brought together by Plug and Play, of entrepreneurs, insurance carriers, VC’s, mentors, executives, and academics that work together to help build better insurtech companies. So, you can see why we are excited about being selected, it is a great opportunity for Slice to continue forming relationships with insurance carriers and learning from experts as we expand and progress.
